We offer shipping all across India. We will share tracking details of your order with you. Local and regional orders for Maharashtra are delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. The delivery for national orders take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Returns

All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

All of our products are thoroughly checked for quality and packed to ensure safe delivery of the product at your door step. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

If the product is broken or damaged during shipping, kindly take images for record and return the product to the delivery service.

Please notify us at thefarawaytree@thewhitewindow.co with the damaged product images and order details within 4 days of the delivery via your registered email. We will look into it and provide you with a replacement for the same.
